In addition to the media outreach, public education and public relations activities you have available through the InformationSTAT campaign, you can also raise awareness of secure electronic health information exchange through an advertsing campaign. 

 

The public opinion and attitude research has informed the messages used in this campaign and adverting campaign materials include billboards, radio and print ads.  Many of these pieces can be used as either paid placements or offered as public service announcements to your local media.

 

Billboards

 

Billboards are a way to reach the public 365 days a year and if you are lucky, you will secure unused billboard space free in your market.  As one major national billboard company's web site says “Outdoor advertising is great because you can't turn it off, throw it away, or click on the next page. That means your message is reaching consumers everywhere — all the time, everyday.”

 

Print Ads

 

Print ads supporting the InformationSTAT campaign have been developed for use in your local market.  The ads are black and white and in color and can be sized based on your particular need.  You will find that we have left space on the ads for you to personalize and localize the ad.  Multiple ad formats and sizes are available to you.

 

Radio Ads

 

We have produced radio spots for your use- this will save you time and money.   The radio spots have been produced in 15, 30 and 60 second lengths and we have allowed space at the end of each spot for you to cut your own localized message.  In addition to the already-produced radio spots that you will find on this site, we have also included radio scripts.  This will allow you to bring in your own talent for further community personalization.  The radio scripts are also written as 15, 30 and 60 second spots.
